High quality personally roasted organic beans, but not necessarily single origin or of an overall even roast level. The lower price is due to this being whatever we have a lot of, and particularly the mixed odds and ends from roast batches.

You can think of it as the constantly evolving House Blend, because honestly this is what I drink myself most mornings.
